I love to work on modern classic furniture, it's so well made and new covers and inserts can make these chairs and sofas look like new!

I also offer bespoke cushions and footstools to compliment your new statement pieces or indeed, even look at revamping your sofas in case your new chair ‘shows up’ your settee. New inners for settees can be sourced and then recovered ensuring comfort as well as style. Loose covers can also be made. Multiyork sofas are a particular speciality.

In addition, beds can be upholstered to match the bedroom chair that never gets sat on but collects the clothes!

I don't stop at indoors either, garden cushions, caravan and boat cushions can all be covered in weatherproof Sunbury fabric. Just contact me with details and I'll provide a free quote.

ERCOL chairs are timeless but due to their age, often the foam needs replacing.

I have all the templates required and can recover or make Ercol dining pads in any suitable fabric of your choice. Ercol chairs enjoy a great popper fastening system, these too we can fit ensuring your Ercol furniture is rejuvenated as sympathetically as possible.

The ERCOL suite above was recovered in mid-century colours. The cushions above were sound when inspected and only required stockinette and wadding added before recovering. However, had they needed new foam, we supply, cut and taper ensuring best fit and finish to last another 50 years!

Parker Knoll wingback reupholstered and recovered in Linwood fabric

Parker Knoll chairs come in all manner of styles. They are often distinguished by their distinct horizontal spring system or their large trademark stamped under the frame.

I hold a fabric account with Parker Knoll and so if you’d prefer to keep your chair as original as possible, I can use their fabric. Check out the Parker Knoll website.

Equally, they’re great chairs to have fun with and turn into an ‘Eclectic Chair’. Parker Knoll recover prices range from £275 to £450 depending on the condition and size of the chair. I ask customers, in the first instance, to send me a photo of their chair and to let me know of any sagginess/broken springs.

Multiyork sofas are great! So easy to revamp and revitalise, especially when there’s a seamstress in the house!

We can use your old Multiyork cover as a template and/or make any tweaks here and there. In the picture shown (patterned sofa) our client wanted to safe-guard her sofa and so arm covers were made. The sofa’s cushions had also taken a lot of wear and new memory foam inners were ordered to optimize comfort. A tired sofa has been transformed back to a brand-new one.

I can then make an appointment with you to visit for the purpose of showing you available fabrics and I’m happy to assist you with any interior design advice concerning your sofa.
