We have the upmost respect for our client's personal data only processing personal information for the following purposes: to contact customers to book appointments to view furniture or visit your home at your request, to arrange collection or delivery of your furniture.

• Your contact telephone number

• Your email address

 

If you purchase a service from us, we also gather personal information from you including your postal address.

We never use any information gathered for any purposes except those outlined above.

In accordance with GDPR, from 25 May 2018 you may request a copy of any of your data that I have collected and ask us to delete or destroy it.

Our emails are powered by Gmail and your email address will be stored in my personal contacts folder - like you would with a friend. Like any email system data is stored securely by those clever data centre people but you can read all about that here if you wish.

We will not sell or pass on any information or data to any other company, business or individual, unless required to do so by law.

We retain and hold all information gathered securely under the Data Protection Act and in line with ICO recommendations.
